Role Overview: As a Technical Services Analyst, you will provide technical troubleshooting and support for ERP software, including application, integration, mobile, and web solutions. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to investigate issues, implement code changes, and ensure reliable system performance while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities as a Technical Services Analyst:
- Provide technical support to customers by investigating and resolving software-related queries.
- Maintain high customer service standards by providing clear and accurate technical information.
- Implement basic to complex code changes and data conversion scripts based on requirements.
- Perform unit testing and collaborate with the QA team to ensure quality delivery.
- Conduct peer reviews and ensure coding standards are maintained.
- Ensure tasks are completed within estimated timelines and communicate issues to the team leader.
- Contribute solutions to the FAQ database and maintain accurate documentation.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to support troubleshooting, debugging, and documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve technical support efficiency using automation and AI tools.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a software development or technical support environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio (VB.NET desirable) and Web APIs.
- Strong knowledge of T-SQL and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with React JS and TypeScript.
- Strong English communication and customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, ChatGPT or similar).
