Role Overview: As an Intern Business Analyst at Digiratina Technology Solutions, you’ll work closely with our Business Analysts and technical teams, gaining hands-on experience in understanding business needs, creating documentation, and supporting data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities as an Intern Business Analyst:

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with BAs and team members to understand and document business needs and technical requirements. 
• Documentation & Diagramming Support: Assist in creating and maintaining functional and technical documentation, including process diagrams and flowcharts. 
• Technical-Business Bridging.
• Data Analysis & Reporting.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Information Systems, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn Business Analysis practices and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Figma, Draw.io, or similar tools will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Good presentation and documentation skills.
