Role Overview: As an Associate Business Analyst at Digiratina Technology Solutions, you’ll work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, prepare project documentation, and support the successful delivery of software solutions.
Key Responsibilities as an Associate Business Analyst:
- Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Documentation & Process Mapping: Prepare user stories, process flows, and other project documentation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure requirement clarity and project alignment.
- Agile Project Support: Assist with backlog management, sprint activities, and user acceptance testing.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data and provide insights to support business decisions.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in Business Analysis within a software development environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Proven stakeholder management and leadership abilities
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Figma, Draw.io, or similar tools
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Good documentation skills
- Experience working with foreign clients or international stakeholders will be an added advantage
