Role Overview: As an Associate Project Manager at Digiratina Technology Solutions, you will support the successful planning and delivery of projects by assisting in coordination, tracking progress, and facilitating team collaboration. Working closely with senior project managers and scrum masters, you will contribute to turning client requirements into high-quality outcomes while building your expertise in project management and agile practices.
Key Responsibilities as Associate Project Manager / Scrum Master:
- Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with client requirements.
- Support in organizing and facilitating Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to encourage effective communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with clients, business analysts, and developers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and highlight risks or issues to senior project managers.
- Proactively identify and help resolve blockers to maintain project momentum.
- Maintain project documentation and update project tracking tools (JIRA, Trello, MS Project).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in project management/coordination, project support, or a related role in IT/software development environments.
- knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
- Certification in project management or Agile/Scrum (CSM, PSM, CAPM) will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, MS Project) and experience in software development environments.
- Leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
